1. No Refund Policy

Our service provides digital vehicle history reports. Once an order is placed and the report is processed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Incorrect Information

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, including wrong VIN, vehicle details, or email address. Such cases are not eligible for a refund.

3. Service Charges

All payments include processing and service charges, which are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Payment Confirmation

Customers must send a payment screenshot to our provided email address for confirmation. Delays or failure to send confirmation do not qualify for a refund.

5. Delivery Time Disclaimer

Reports are usually delivered within 30–45 minutes. Any delay due to technical issues or high demand does not make the order refundable.

6. Duplicate Payments

In case of a verified duplicate payment for the same VIN and package, customers may contact support within 24 hours. Resolution will be handled at our discretion.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
